As a Site Owner, you have the ability to invite other users to access the 4WiFi Platform for your property. This is most often done for Front of House staff or the like to grant them access to every-day tasks without providing them full access to make changes to the settings that control the platform. This section can be accessed from the Settings menu here:

There are currently 4 distinct user levels available to invite users to and the differences between them are as follows:

  • Owner - Access to everything including inviting other users via this section

  • Full - Access to everything except this section

  • Standard - Access only to tasks considered operational in nature, including generating new Printable Vouchers

  • Readonly - Access to operational tasks but with no ability to make changes to anything

Removing or changing access Levels can be done by selecting the “Username” and modifying the options on the following screen:
