If you are unable to find the solution you require within these pages, you can always reach out to us by email for additional support. We may even write additional support pages here to help you and future queries about your specific scenario.

When making a support request, please include your Site ID in the body of the email to us so we can identify you properly. If you open a request without this, the first thing we will do is ask you to provide it and can delay a response to your actual question. You can locate your Site ID on the General Settings page at the very top (it is the first bit of information on the page).

Firstly navigate to the Settings menu, then select General:

You will be presented with a page with some details about your site if you have “Full” or “Owner” access:

 

Or if you have a restricted level of access, you are presented with this and can still get the details you require for a support ticket.
