Updating Room Data from Cloudbeds

List of Rooms within Cloudbeds must be downloaded to the 4WiFi platform to ensure your guests are able to log onto the internet how they expect to. This process may also need to be done if you change or add rooms within your Cloudbeds property itself.

Updating this is done from the Cloudbeds Configuration page by toggling this option at the very bottom of the page, then clicking Save.

After this task is performed it is always best to review the Area Config page to ensure any changes to the list of rooms have the appropriate labels and limits. Instructions for this are on the Setting up Rooms and Limits page.
