Linking to your Cloudbeds property

Once you have gained access to your 4WiFi Management Portal, you will be able to connect it to your Cloudbeds property. This can be done in just a few simple steps:

Navigate to the Cloudbeds Configuration page in the left-hand menu:

Open

Click on the “Link to Cloudbeds Instance” link presented to you:

Open

Log into your Cloudbeds property if not already done so, then click the Allow Access button:

If you are managing multiple 4WiFi instances with us, you will need to choose which instance to apply this to. If this is your only one, you will be directed back automatically to where you need to go.

You will know it has successfully connected if you see this message on screen:

Click the “Click Here” link to return to the Cloudbeds Configuration page where you can complete the setup steps (or request assistance from our friendly staff who can assist from here to set your property up the way you want it).
