Override Profiles

In order to provide extra flexibility of the range of bandwidth/data profiles that is possible when the automation linked to the PMS platform, Override Profiles can be enabled and configured. This allows individual vouchers to have their Speed and Data Limits overridden without affecting the underlying voucher itself.
To enable this option, first enable the option within the General PMS Configs section for your PMS.
Once enabled, a new menu item will become available within your PMS Configuration menu named Override Profiles. You will need to navigate to here and set up profiles before you can apply them to vouchers.
To add a new profile, click the Add button and fill in the required fields. Or to edit an existing profile click the Modify button.
Required fields are Name and Data Limit, plus either both Speed Up and Speed Down or Custom Queue. The speed and data fields here work the same as they do in the PMS Configuration page, for an explanation of this please refer to that section of the documentation.
To apply an override to a voucher linked to a reservation, navigate to the PMS Reservation Details page which looks similar to this:
If the Override Profiles functionality is enabled, the highlighted option will be shown.
