Alerts

Your 4WiFi Controller is actively monitored by our systems and occasionally situations occur that require followup by you. It is usual for 4WiFi engineers to resolve any alerts that present themselves however occasionally actions need to be performed by someone on site. This section allows for you to view all active alerts in our monitoring system for properties your user has access to, if you have access to multiple properties then all properties are aggregated in this section (not just the property you are currently managing).

Access is found in the Settings menu:

If the list is empty, you are all good. However if there are alerts, actions may need to be taken. If you are seeing alerts and unsure what you need to do about it, please raise a support ticket with us if we have not already contacted you.

Some alerts in our monitoring system automatically initiate scripted responses, which means we may automatically fix some issues we have seen before without human intervention. We like to simplify life for everyone, including our engineers.
