Depending on your PMS Integration capabilities, there are a couple of functions you may be able to perform manually via this menu item called Advanced Functions.

Force PIN re-check allows you to verify a reservation has the PIN assigned to it properly (assuming the 4WiFi platform is in charge of creating the PINs for you. This will validate the PIN has been pushed to your PMS in the correct field.

Check Expired PINs tests the PMS against PINs that appear to have passed their expiry date but have not been automatically removed (usually due to the PMS not providing correct details in a Webhook call to us).

Verify Staff IC Sync is useful if you have added new locks and need to make sure that staff IC/RFID cards are properly synced across all locks.
