If we manage access points for you within the 4WiFi platform, this is the area you use to manage them. Access to this is within the Settings menu:
Depending on the location of your controller from the location of the 4WiFi Portal, this could take a short while to load and process the page. It will query your controller in real-time and give you a view of the access points as to which are online (or not). Green indicates the query was able to see the access point as being online, Orange means it is configured but currently offline for some reason.
Reasons for being offline vary and a subsequent query of the Network Devices screen may reveal it is indeed online but the real-time query did not pick it up. This screen is should be used with the usually when alerted to access points being offline for an extended period of time by an alert email of by 4WiFi staff.
Labels of locations can be edited by 4WiFi staff since we use these labels to also help you maintain your network.
