The first step to using the 4WiFi Platform is to sign into the Management Portal.

You will have received a Welcome Email with a Password Reset link, this will allow you to set a password of your choice. Choose something secure and not too simple as depending on how your site is setup the access may provide access to your guest data.

Once you have set a password, you are ready to sign in. The main authentication portal is located at:

https://secure.4wifi.cloud/

Your “Username” is most likely going to be your email address unless you have a legacy account, and the password will be the one you just set.

If you have forgotten your password or the reset link has expired, you can request a new password reset link to be emailed to you via the “Forgot Password?” link on the page.

reCAPTCHA: You may be prompted to complete a Google reCAPTCHA puzzle when logging in for the first time in a day, once you have successfully logged on we will whitelist the IP Address you have accessed it from so you are not bothered by this for another 24 hours at least.

Multi-Factor Authentication: After 1st November 2023, an additional prompt after the username/password and the reCAPTCHA will be presented. If you have configured an Authenticator App, please enter your TOTP code to complete the process. If you do not have an Authenticator App configured, you will be emailed a code (valid for only a short period of time) which will need to be entered to grant access. We recommend everyone use an Authenticator App as it provides the best security. More info on MFA Security in the system is found here: MFA Security
